A prime example is the purchase of  2505 Trans Canada Hwy soon to be the new home of The Inland Kenworth dealership. Once the dealership is completed the existing site in the centre of town will be sold for potential redevelopment. The existing dealership location used to be the edge of town in the early 70’s but it is now the centre of town offering retail, new multifamily developments as well as our university. Being a part of this change is exciting and highly rewarding.
